What to Eat…
Let’s be honest, you probably didn’t come to Murray hoping to eat at cookie-cutter restaurants.
This is comfort food, game-day fuel, and “we’ll celebrate after the win” dinners all rolled into one. Murray’s dining scene punches well above its weight, with everything from homestyle Southern cooking to international flavors.
Craving something bold? The Keg is known for Cajun-inspired dishes, fresh seafood and the best brisket in town.
There’s never a bad time for sushi! Jasmine serves up crowd-favorite Thai cuisine that always hits the spot.
Need something quick between games? Burrito Shack has you covered.
Celebrating a big win? Sit down and savor something special at The Willow Bistro.
Need a caffeine boost on the go? Future Grounds is a convenient drive-thru coffee stop to keep you fueled.
Don’t skip dessert! Dumplin’s of Murray is basically a local rite of passage.
Looking for a classic? Grab a plate (and pie) at Rudy’s on the Square, a local staple for over 80 years.
Around here, meals come with stories, recommendations, and maybe a “y’all come back now.”
Where to Shop…
When the games are over (or you need a break from the ball field), downtown Murray is ready.
Centered around a historic court square, this is where you’ll find locally owned boutiques, specialty shops, and just enough treasures you didn’t plan on buying. It’s walkable, welcoming, and the kind of place where you’ll want to pop into “just one more shop.”
If you’re in town on a Saturday morning, don’t miss the Downtown Murray Farmers Market. It’s a local favorite. Think fresh produce, baked goods, handmade items, and a chance to experience the community in full swing. It’s an easy, family-friendly stop before heading to the ball field (and a great way to grab snacks for the day). Pro tip: Some vendors are cash only, so stop by the ATM on your way Downtown.
