Join this Immersive Sound Therapy workshop at The Barre: Murray in Murray, KY, on Sun, Jan 18, 3:30-5pm. If you haven't been to a singing bowl session before, know that it is, at the very least, incredibly relaxing, and can be a transformative/healing experience for many. This particular session is the perfect way to set intentions for the New Year, on the New Moon!

You will be led through an intention-setting meditation and workbook to find your purpose/goals for this New Year, followed by a Yoga Nidra meditation for relaxation of the body and mind. You will then be taken deeper into relaxation and healing with the sounds of tuning forks, quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that are specifically attuned to align the energy centers of the body.

Bring anything you would like to make yourself comfortable, including a yoga mat, pillows, eye mask, blanket, etc. Mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks also available onsite.
