Close-Up: Jason Pittman

Born and raised in Murray, KY, Jason Pittman is the Market President for CFSB and councilman for the City of Murray, and answers our interview questions as our latest local insider close up!

1. How long have you lived in Murray?

Since 1998 in the city of Murray but was born at MCCH in 1980 at 3:52pm on the 22nd of August. I grew up at the lake in New Concord.... So all my life.

2. What is your favorite restaurant in Murray?

Anyone who knows me can look at me and tell, when it comes to food I am not terribly picky! But Breakfast : Hih Burger. You also can't beat the fresh seafood and variety of the keg for lunch or supper. 3. If you had $75 to spend in Murray, how would you spend it?

On my daughter, but we would spend it locally! Farmers market and various boutique shops are lively good places to visit and support your neighbors.

4. What is your favorite Murray memory?

I am in the mode right now of creating new favorites everyday with a new daughter, but I would say that in December 2016 I received the blessing of welcoming our daughter Harper to Murray! That was the single greatest Christmas blessing and memory that I have ever had.

5. Describe Murray in three words to someone who has never visited.

Genuine, comfortable, safe
