The Fighting Back Against Parkinson’s 5K & 1 mile Fun Run is a fundraiser to support Rock Steady Boxing 270 (formerly Rock Steady Boxing Murray). Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing program for people with Parkinson’s Disease that helps improve their quality of life. RSB270 is a place where people can come together and fight back against Parkinson’s.

This event was started in 2020 by Christin Broadwater to honor her father, LC Cooley and those like him who have fought or continue to fight Parkinson’s Disease.
